The products of the soil, the good food, i may assert that i have always been concerned, especially for having stayed a long time in the island of Madagascar.
In my childhood, i lived there, with my father - who was the manager of a sugar-cane factory. I was happy to have exciting cultural exchanges and to discern some original flavours through diners, evenings, and remembering me the french culinary art.
Around a table, my mother being an excellent cook, i yearned for talking about authentic flavours and the quality we needed when we where filling our plates.

Incontestably we experienced some wonderful receipes.
"Crab gin cake", "Iced salmon cake", "French Pithiviers cake with almonds"...
The years have gone by, my father has retired, my mother still cooks as well as before.
However i confess that culinary passion never left me.
Consequently, through my experience of epicurian i have decided to create a concept of original products, representative of different french provinces by opening a shop located in the heart (5th district) of Paris : "Les Delices de Daubenton".
| My leading products : - the syrup of Poppy, the syrup of Geranium, the syrup of Mimosa, the syrup of Lavender, the syrup of Violet, the syrup of Genepi, and the Flower Ylang syrup, - the wines of Graves de Vayres, including : Chateau La Chapelle Bellevue, Chateau Toulouze, Chateau Le Tertre, Cuvée du Baron Charles... and the lovely Cuvée Elisée elaborated in the honour of Elisée Reclus, french geograph and anarchist. - the Jams of onion, from the department of Aude, original, with lardons, with lemon, with meadow mushrooms, and with hazels, - the full duck foie gras of Beuste, - the foie gras with salt, - the jam of orange according to a tasty recipe of Nostradamus, the Jam of white Cherries... - the black tapenad with truffles, the jam of black olives and the caviar of artichoke, | ![]() |
