| THE FILIBUSTER WITH RUM It has been elaborated in the district of Villeneuve S/ Lot, France. This product is very original and nice. | THE PRALINES WITH ALMONDS OF PROVENCE The pralines with almons of Provence - Pralino eis amendo de Prouvenço - are made in the Alpes de Haute-Provence with the best almonds, the pure cane sugar, perfumed with the Vanilla Bourbon and some aromatics of the south of France. These pralines taste like old times flavours. We sell it in our shop for 27,44 ¤ by 35 ounces. It is one of my favourite receipes. |

THE MACAROONS WITH PRALINES OF PROVENCE
Mix 5 ounces of pralines broken with 7 ounces of granulated sugar. Mix it with white eggs wisked with cream. Make little heaps of paste, on a plate garnished with aluminium paper. Roast thermostat 2, for 25 to 30 minutes. Then put the aluminium paper on a wet pastry board, the wetness being able to unstick the macaroons. It tastes even better with orange tea.
